I went on line and made an appointment. I got confirmation at the time and a day before the appointment. I took off work drove over an hour and they told me I wasn’t in the system and that they were not taking walk-ins. Even after showing them I had email confirmation. They offered me another day. As I was leaving a lady came in said she needed to be seen and she had her 500 dollar payment . As a working person, this business shows no respect for your time. I was contacted on Tuesday for a Friday appt confirmation. I show up 10 minutes earlier than my noon appt, to only wait an hour and a half. I had to step next door for a bite because I skipped lunch and my sugar drops. I didn’t eat prior to my appt because I figured that would be appreciated by their staff. I talked to them about walking next door and they confirmed it would be okay to step out and still be seen. Horrible experience. I made an appointment to deal with tooth pain, spoke to 2 different people that work at the office awaiting my appointment explaining what I needed done. Arrive at the appointment and after an hour of them doing xrays and poking around in my mouth I am told they will have to schedule me another appointment to do the filling even though I am in pain and the dentist just told me I needed it.
