Went in and had work done. They told me what my insurance would not cover. I paid what they said I owed. Year later I get a $75 bill. Called them and they said insurance didn’t cover so I paid that. Months later I get a bill for $46. Aspen is a scam artist milking money from patients. I will never ever use them again. And I will tell everyone I know not to use them.

Be careful you will end up with dentures you don't want and have to pay for ! The payment plan sounds good but we was told that the dentures would be ready in July and after several vists we was told the temperary dentures was what we was getting because we had not paid enough on them yet , they lied to us! Not a good place ! They don't try to explain anything ! I would not recommend this place !

call me to move my appointment time to an earlier time, and that's fine, but yet go set in the car for an hour waiting for service! this is highly unacceptable. my time is just as important as theirs. don't believe I'll revisit again!

They don’t bother to fax referrals or scans x rays to other specialists but failed to tell me until AFTER I leave. Be nice to know since I live an hour away

I made my first appointment as a new patient and waited 2 months to get in. I drove an hour to the appointment and arrived early to fill out paperwork. When I signed in the receptionist asked if I had someone with me who could sit with my daughter outside because their new policy is not to allow children in the back. I obviously didn’t and because I was a new patient and wasn’t informed of that policy I brought her with me when I didn’t have a sitter. took them over 4 months to make my dentures starting on 5 th month my bottom plate has so much slop in it it shoots out if I cough or sneeze and that is it Fixodent in place not happy at all

I went there because my regular dentist was unable to get me in right away and I had a broken tooth. The dentist came in, looked at my tooth, and without saying another word she said “let me go get the office manager to discuss financial options”. Excuse me. What? Hello, I am the patient and I have questions for you. So we go to the office managers office and she tells me that they can “cut” the tooth out. It is a wisdom tooth so I am okay with that. While in pain, I Wait and wait and wait for a dentist appt, then I get here and they MAY want to put off fixing my tooth. WTF ! Well, I’m on the verge of “pissed” , took bunch of x-rays, waiting for the hygienist to do her thing, then I have to wait for the doctor to come chat with me, THEN they schedule and appointment to get started. After they discuss payments for the recommended procedures. Terrible experience took the dentist forever to remove my tooth she broke it 4 times she was trying to rush to get out due to it being quitting time I’m In terrible pain she used the wrong stitches to close the wound did not give me any gauze to keep on my tooth and no pain medication horrible service I will never go here again
