After having many cancelled appointments with her family dentist in hazard (cancelled by the dentist, not her) she decided to try Aspen. I took her over and she was very happy with the way she was treated. The staff was very nice. Her dental work was going to take several appointments and was going to amount to thousands of dollars. She went ahead and gave them the credit card information and they told her that her card would not be charged until the dental work was completed. And this is where it goes downhill. RecommendedI like going there until today I had a appointment at 3pm and at 4:30 pm I was still sitting in the chair waiting no came to say anything I got up and left I don't think I will be going back I understand if you are behind

I have been to Aspen dental several times and loved them up until today. I had a scheduled appointment on my day off today. Apparently they had tried to contact me to confirm, which I never saw a text or email. Upon arrival at my 8:00 am appointment with the dental hygienist, she informs me that because she couldn’t confirm that I was coming, they removed me from the schedule! Bad 2nd experience! Understaffed, dentist Never even came in, no one asked if I had any teeth issues, didn’t even give me a toothbrush at the end. I offered to provide insurance in advance and they didn’t take it, ofcourse they ended up having issues with my out-of-state insurance and I spent 45 min in the waiting room while they Still didn’t figure it out. Dental Hygienist was nice...but again, Not a dentist. Their customer service wasn’t helpful either. I don’t recommend and won’t return.

I read many bad reviews of Aspen, but opted to give this office directly a chance, as i was only looking for an inexpensive cleaning. They are hardly real dentists, and are certainly lacking ethical character in their business model. Money trap. Should've known when their entrance forms include the question "have you ever been treated with antibiotic by a dentist before"?! They already have a money scheme planned before you get your first "free" x-ray. Be more personable rather than operating a dentist office like a big box ... read more
The staff is fine but had my teeth relived on Wednesday last week they r killing me but can't get in til Friday of this week really painful
Everyone was very professional and explained all procedures. I feel that all dental procedures will be preformed with utmost attention to details and to my satisfaction.
