terrible experience! less than 2 year dentures and now they say i have to have implants to make them fit correctly....ok i am game... waited for 30 mins for quote from "office manager" and finally said i had to go so she could call me with pricing, 10 days & many phone calls to them later I still do not have a quote and cannot get a call back... this entire situation is crazy on many levels

Terrible office all around. Went in at 10am didn't leave till 12:30pm and all they were able to do were x-rays, pathetic. Waited 40 minutes to get back there, an hour and a half for the dentist who just talked to me for all of 5 minutes. Then another 30 minutes waiting to check out. I go to the front desk lady and she says, "oh I'm not ready for you yet." no explanation of when she will be. I have been to the office on west 15th about 3 times this my fourth visit. They had me scheduled for an 830 appointment and I got there early to register with new insurance for the year and the door is locked. I wait until 830 am and they unlock the door. There are several other people arrived after me who rush in. I have to be back to work and there is always a wait so I run in and realize I lock my keys in the car. Scheduling is an absolute nightmare. I come to Aspen dental office Plano 15th street every three months. I schedule the appt at the end of each visit and put this time in my phone calendar. I also save the appt card you give me. Once the appt gets close I confirm with your texting system that I will be there at my scheduled time. I go in for the appt and am told I've missed my appt because it was 30 min prior. I have the text showing my scheduled appt time and I am definitely not late for it. I'm on time. This place is a scam. They do a free exam of your mouth then send you to their sales staff who try to get you to spend tens of thousands of dollars. Of course they have financing partners and they're going to recommend the most expensive options for each procedure. I said no to everything except the crown I needed. I made an appointment for a crown. I got checked in and they promptly got me in the chair. The doctor came in and gave me a shot to numb my mouth then she disappeared. We were rescheduled by a week because their x-ray machine was down for the annual check-up. The scheduler told us over the phone that it will be pushed by a week to same day, same time. When we got there, we were told that our appointment was actually half an hour ago, and the dentist has left for the day. Our appointment was scheduled for a different time without prior notification. We will be seeing a different dentist.

dont recommend this place my mom went for a broken tooth she had and they covered it with a filling and after 3 days the filling came off, they messed up her back molars she doesn't know what they did to her if they filled them down too much but now she can barely eat because of the pain or drink a hot or cold beverage and now they don't want to fix them.

Worst Dental rooms in Plano arrived for an 8am extraction appointment, checked in , sat and waited in the waiting room for an 1hr with no dentist calling other customers with later appointments came in and were seen. I eventually asked why am I not being seen to and having my extraction done and they all looked at each other stupidly and said oh we thought you waiting for someone. This establishment is all about money, rude pushy and unprofessional. I came in for one reason. And yes I needed a lot of other stuff done . I was in a lot of pain and they didn't care, they just kept pushing me to spend money on other things that were not needed at that time. They treated me like I was trash because of my oral hygiene, I saw the doctor who deals with gum issues rolled her eyes at me. She was rude and excused me of not paying attention to her.
