I just went there to get a crown recemented as it fell out while eating a sticky candy. That was all I needed. I still have my original crown but immediately the dentist suggested that I take out my whole otherwise non-problematic tooth and get a dental implant instead. I suspect because they wouldn't make very much money from just sticking a perfectly good crown back on. I do not recommend and am headed to get a second opinion elsewhere. Perhaps one of the most frustrating dental experiences. I called as a first time patient for my 6 month cleaning... and this... Scheduling - A hot mess. The scheduler gave me a time, which I took. Someone called me to reschedule because "there is only one x-ray machine and 4 people are scheduled." I could not reschedule because of a work conflict, so they told me to come in 0:30 early, which I did, and ended burning the time waiting in the lobby. This place is your worst nightmare. Their Dental Hygienist told me I had severe periodontal disease and required an expensive treatment. First of all my previous cleaning came back great 6 month before and my gums were not red, swollen and/or bleeding. I had a very bad feeling about this and went to another dental office where they told me I was in excellent shape and had no problems. I checked their reviews and this is a common scam with them !!!

The first time we took our daughter to Aspen Dental it was amazing. The staff was so patient with her while she received 2 fillings. The dentist was great too, she worked and helped our special girl receive a great healing. Lately, Amber was having some issues with her mouth. Our original dentist was on maternity leave, so she wasn't there this time. A substitute dentist, a younger girl was there and hardly attempted an examination. This is based just off of the scheduling experience!!! When you try to dial the number listed, a voice recording comes on to tell you that "They are having higher than usual call volume". And to schedule an appointment with a link they can send out to you or via their website. After waiting for a while, there are prompts you can click through to speak with someone (allegedly!!!).
