This is the best dentist office that I have been to around this area. The staff is professional and friendly. I like that I can schedule and manage my appointments on their website. I also like the text reminders for appointments. Wait times are reasonable and services were great. All around great experience.
I hate dentists with passion!!!! I have always had very bad experiences at dentists since I was a child. However, Dr. Watkins and his staff were the best. Dr. Watkins took his time to explain everything to me, answer my questions and most of all to make me feel comfortable with the procedures that I need. The eight people with whom I came into contact during the two long visits I recently made over a 24 hour period were extremely professional, courteous and friendly. I would recommend this office without reservation.
My son was experiencing some pain and I called to schedule an appointment. They’re very professional and attended the emergency with priority. Excellent customer service even the tone of the staff over the phone is a pleasant one.
I am not a dentist person. The staff made me feel comfortable and took good care of me.
