Very clean, and probably some of the most friendly people I have ever met. The entire staff went above and beyond. They calmed my fears and anxieties the entire time. I never thought I would have a good experience with a dentist until I came to this Aspen.

Did not clean my son’s teeth during g visit. Instead tried to get us to apply for a credit card to pay for unneeded services . Carolina Londono is a horrible dentist that wants to suck your pocketbook dry. We will be getting a second opinion. Stay away from Aspen and Dr. Londono. My son spent more time in the finance office where they tried to pressure him to get a credit card, so Dr. Londono could make $$$$ on procedures he didn’t need. Holt crap! This place charges 3-4 times the amount of every other dentist in this area! I had my first appointment today ever with Aspen and I will not be going back. I had 2 root canals done at dental care at loughman crossing last year and I just looked at my invoices.. root canals at full price were 1000-1200 with a co pay through my top notch dental insurance of 125-175 dollars. Aspen was charging 3700 for the exact same procedure (endo with build up) and my co pay was 750 dollars. I laughed when the office manager... read more

This place is the most unprofessional place ever.. the doctors are the worse ones .. wouldn’t recommend them for anyone to go..

This is not regarding the treatment I received, but rather the service (or lack thereof) following treatment. The billing department at the Poinciana location is a disaster and I daresay they have borderline committed fraud against my account. I self-paid for my visit in full via credit card. I received the bill for the full amount from the CC company PLUS a bill for $32 from Aspen. When I called Aspen, they said this bill was sent in error and to disregard. When you call and say you only need a bottom plate and are quoted a starting price, that is what you should pay.. but OH NO! Get there and they tell you it's more than double that amount is deceitful. said I didn't read the fine print.. what fine print I called. Would not recommend this place
