I had an appointment today 07/21/2018 at 8:45am. I had confirmed vía E-mail previously after receiving an appointment reminder. Is 9:00 am right now and there is no one at the office and the doors are close. This is the second time this has happened to me because the first time when I showed up for my appointment as a New Patient they told me that they could not see me because they were over booked and I was not on the system even though I showed a text of my appointment confirmation. The staff and office is 5 stars very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. But it's a business and they try to sell you on how you need a ton of dental work that I dont believe is fully truthful. They hid in my bill a charge of $135 for an oral b toothbrush if I decided to accept the dental plan for my teeth. They neglected to mention it when going over the potential costs, which I found and questioned. I'm not sure if I will be back or not. You cant blame the staff for how the business model is and what the fees are.
Illegal practice. Stay away from this illegal corporate chain that stayed afloat after it lost a 1.7 million dollar class action lawsuit.

I scheduled an appointment with them for August 31st and they call me the day begore to tell me that my insurance will be with their network as of September 1st and I would need to reschedule, after I did what theybtold me to do to make sure everything was good with my insurance.
