FRONT DESK LADIES ARE A DISGRACE INCREDIBLY RUDE AND HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. SCAMMED ME INTO PAYING SOMEONE ELSE'S BILL AND THEN HANGS UP ON ME AFTER I CALL ASKING FOR MY MONEY THAT SHE PROMISED WOULD BE IN MY ACCOUNT IN TEN DAYS! OBVIOUSLY I NEVER GOT MY MONEY! When I first went to get my teeth psople were great! They helped me pick out a set that i was told last for yrs and some people have had them so long their teeth were so filled down and they were in my price range so it was perfect i would get a set that would last at least 5 yrs!! got my teeth I loved this place not even a yr later a tooth fell out ...they were happy to fix it right then and there!! I was Dismissed from all Aspen dental in the US Last week For Wearing My Hillary For Prison T shirt. The new Dr. with they have a new each time I have Been, Went 5 times in the last year wearing Hillary For Prison T shirt., I guss he did nit like it. $4800 and one year later still no teeth......Got a new great Dr. in Town much better. Worst Dentist ever. DR Pankaj Thakker has zero bedside manor and even worse customer service. This man committed a critical medication error and prescribed a medicine for my daughter that she is allergic to just minutes after my daughter, my wife and myself informed the doctor of the allergy and he confirmed the allergy. Stay far away from this place.
My first experience here was awesome! Excellent staff out front (lots of laughs) and Dentist too. I would recommend anyone with fears to come here! I'll be back smile emoticon Update several months later: no dentures fit properly. Am going to stop paying credit company until this is rectified. Scary to think he is on his second set of dentures and he still can not eat because they don't fit properly. These are worse than the first set.
