This place is definitely a dental mill. Overbooked, understaffed, I sat for over an hour waiting to be seen by the dentist just to find out I wasn’t even getting an actual cleaning during this visit. I feel bad for the ancillary staff as they seemed overwhelmed, were clearly doing the best they could, but were limited by all the provider shortage. Will not be returning.

Scammed someone I know and refuses to help them, I’ve also heard many many bad reviews on them. Do not go to them and especially not for Invisalign

it's been a yr had nothing but trouble with my dentures they float around like a bouy in the ocean flew out of my mouth when I sneeze you suck I spent alot of money for junk

I was Ok with Aspen Dental until I had an emergency and was treated terribly. Meanwhile I have spent a lot of money there. The answering service is awful. Overall experience has been beyond poor. The staff at the Portland, Maine office were kind but that’s the only Positive thing that I can say. I will never again recommend Aspen Dental to anyone
I went in for what I thought was an impacted wisdom tooth - I was wrong, it was (is) basically a hole in my mouth where “some kind of trauma must have taken place” - yeah, no trauma here folks, just a rough ridge of exposed bone in my mouth - and they gave me an antiseptic rinse to use twice daily. $120 for the emergency visit and the bottle of mouthwash and NO RELIEF.
