The hygienist was great! No issues with the dental staff. You need more folks to work billing and answering the phone. I shouldn't have to wait 20mins cause I have a question about billing. Your "upfront pricing claim" not so much. I'm consistently over charged and have to call and request any outstanding balance is refunded a few weeks later after the claim is settled. So far so good. Don't like what I am reading about problems with dentures. I am getting new dentures. I have had terrible trouble at other places so am hoping this place will be the right one. Time will tell.
They always are really nice and help me stay concentrated on keeping up with healthy teeth. They are really personable and actually care about me and my life. I appreciate the help and thank you. Keep doing that thing you do!!! ��
Very awesome people working here. They are SO much nicer than other dentist offices. And they are way more helpful, sincere, and caring. Especially Crystal at the exit front desk. She was extremely helpful and supportive!
Things don't normally go well for me and I tend to have bad luck, but my appointment (that I was so nervous for) went the best it possibly could have! From first walking in the door I was treated great, then the nurse I had was AMAZING! Totally made me so comfortable and explained everything to me, and made sure I understood. I think Aspen Dental is a very warming place. Whe I was growing up the dentist I had scared me to death. I had bad experiences with him. So naturally as an adult I become very Leary on deciding where I would go. When I found Aspen Dental and had my first appointment I was terrified when I walked through the door. By the time I left I was very relaxed and smiling. Couldn't have been an easier visit if I tried myself. Now I don't mind making appointments!
