First time here. I was sitting filling out my paperowork whe the PA called me back. I wasnt done yet so she passed me onto the next patient. I took notice that I sat there until I was the only one left. She came out, called me back, very dismissive, fast talking, with No type of friendliness. I don't know about YOU, but most people don't like going to the dentist, and it's nice to feel reassured. I felt the exact opposite vibes. Would not recommend them. Very nice at first. Then reschedule your appointment and you pay at time of visit and later get a bill. Gave me cleaning supplies and charged me. Don't go there.

Honestly… don’t go here. So disgustingly overpriced I paid 1700 for a simple shotty root canal, then 325 deposit for a crown fitting…in which I never received, there’s no place to contact and get my money back. The ladies at the front desk are so incredibly rude and judgmental, including basically shouting my dental issues for the entire waiting room to hear. How is this facility a “5/5” if there are so many poor reviews… misleading. I have never had a worse experience a dentist. The first visit they treat you wonderful, every appointment after the initial has been a complete nightmare. The office manager is so rude and treats you like you are an idiot if you ask any questions about your bill and don’t just pay it immediately. Apparently, when you make an appointment with them in posttstown pa, they erase it and act like they have no clue whats going on. Than refuse to help after you rearrange your entire day for said appointment. all hassel no solutions. Sad companies like this survive while valuable ones get shut down.

I dropped my mother in law off over 2 hours and still isn’t done!!! This is the worst experience ever!!! So if you like to wait forever and get no help or know when they will be done this place is for you 😂

they stole one thousand dollars from my wife.
In general most of the office girls are nice. The ex-ray girl is ok. The assistant to the dentist is grumpy. The last time I was there for filings that fell out. 1 hour to check the tooth. I wasn't going to get it done then, but they said the dentist had time.(she really didn't). I found out. After almost 2 hours and my back was starting to hurt. I commented there was to much running in and out of the room. She got a attitude and quickly ran the drill over my tooth quickly which didn't finish the tooth. She left my tooth ruf... read more

The receptionist was not very friendly. They have only one hygienist and she would be in a medical leave for a month and the receptionist asked me to pay for a cleaning which would be in 2 months .I was looking for a dentist but I am not sure I will go to them.
