Dr. Rose was possibly the worst dentist I’ve ever seen, and I’ve had plenty of bad ones. She treated me like a piece of shit and refused to let me talk. It was a consultation. I have a horrible phobia and she knew this. I made it extremely clear. Yet she watched me cry, ignored me, tried to scare me, and then left the room with no explanation while my mother and I sat there for 10 minutes not knowing what was going on. I bet you she’s a witch who doesn’t care about people just whatever commission she makes.

Very professional, but pricy. Even with my discount. Got a second opinion from another dentist who was able to fix my problem for much, much less money.

When I went in the office in person to schedule appt, gave the receptionist all my insurance info and whatever else she needed only to have someone call me 2 days before my appt asking if I have any insurance coverage and what the info is. Disappointing on lack of communication in the office.

Staff was very nice. Doctor was as well but felt a bit rushed at end of appt. I had very few issues so I know she had a full office and she was needed elsewhere but I wasn't given a chance to ask her any questions. Was told scheduling person would answer my questions. Very happy overall. I was very unhappy at my last dentist so this was a very welcome experience.

Please do not go there. The rip you off. Add stuff on your bill like a electric tooth brush that I never ask off. Prices are off the charts. Please please please stay away from there.

I took off one star because the cost was more than I expected. The staff was very nice and worked with me because of a problem. I had a root canal at another place and needed a cap or something done because I am going into the hospital and then rehab for 2 months. They couldn't order a cap in time, but built up the tooth with a permanent filling that should be fine for me until I can drive again. I spent 4 hours there, also getting X-rays and a tooth cleaning which I badly needed. Thanks for helping me with my problem. See y... read more

Besides having to have to reschedule for after the holidays after being reassured that I could get the two fillings done by Christmas... I felt like a calf in a roping contest waited a half an hour past my appointed time for ten minuets of the dentist's time. the "Dr" never apologized for hitting my lip and gums with the drill(bad enough that I could feel when numbed) spewing my blood all over the unprotected tools,and the Dr didn't adequately smooth and polish the fillings (the idea that I would be back for a cleaning and t... read more

Admin staff is friendly, but incompetent. They mess up appointment times regularly and don't even seem to care. They told me: you are the 4th appointment we sent incorrect reminder emails/texts today, so don't feel alone. I'm glad I'm not alone but shouldn't you do something to address this reoccurring problem? This was the second consecutive appointment of mine they messed up (6 months apart). don't expect to be seen at scheduled time. Anytime I've had an appointment I've always had to wait. Need to have impressions done for permanent dentures and was told I have to wait until they have a permanent dentist. What difference does that make.
