SHORT VERSION: Poor attitude from admin staff, poor communication about procedures, poor quality of work. FULL REVIEW: My wife had a crown done by this practice about 2 years ago. This past month, it fell out. While there are always exceptions, my understanding is that crowns tend to last between 5 and 15 years. 5 emergency calls in 1 night to try to speak to the dentist on call about the terrible pain my husband (who was a patient) had in his tooth. Dentist on call was unreachable by their answering service and did not respond to pages or direct phone calls. What a total disregard for patient care.
Starting from my 3 phone call attempts to schedule an appointment to my current situation of waiting over 1hr to be seen this experience has been bad! Excuse after excuse from the receptionist who has been professionally pleasant but not nice. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!
