Dr./Chan is special. Especially in Prescott where the dozen or so dentists I have seen are incredibly bad and untrustworthy.. Some of this office is staffedby people who don't know their place. However, again, especially in Prescott, Dr. Chan is your best bet for honesty, compassion AND DIGNITY.

there were hiccups in the beginning but once you got past the front desk and that debacle then things went smoothly. I had a nice team very informative.
