There was a problem with insurance but the entire office was gracious and did all they could. They did way more than they needed to do. Dr. V was above and beyond to stopmy pain and get me to the proper dentist that took my insurance . His assistant kept me at ease. Thanks again. If you have a choice in PV Aspen Dental will help you anyway they can.

Everyone I encountered was super polite and very helpful.
I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. Everyone was friendly and I got what I needed within a week total.
I though it was great. I like the dentist now. My dentist said I am taking really good care of my teeth. I had the right side deep cleaned and left side a cleanup check up and the dentist polished my teeth without charging me. They have a payment plan for people like me that don't have any dental insurance. Seven months ago they gave me a oral b toothbrush which I really like, the dentist asked how I like my toothbrush and I said I love it and that what they want ti hear. Staff was thoughtful & polite. Seemed like it took a long time, over 2 hours. But it was my initial visit. They set me up with Credit Care & an endodonist. Haven't had any treatment yet. But so far so good.
Very friendly staff and takes time to listen to all your questions and concerns.
Shannon the Manager helped me and signed me up for financing to get a new lower denture, this is supposed to work, will find out this week, if I got the new denture and get to make monthly payments, the only way I could afford a new denture, in alot of pain, Dentist Sung, filed my old denture so I could eat and not have such terrible pain cutting into my gum and lip, should get new denture on Wednesday June 14, 2017, hope it all goes well with the financing, will find out soon.
