Horrible service, after a yr of BS, had to go somewhere else to have dentur made, screwed me on money return. They have 1 star on BBB , read reviews before you go there.

Do not come here unless you like being overcharged! They are really just in it for the money. They do not care about the patients at all. I don’t see them being open too much longer. They are liars and scam artists! Beware!

this is the biggest circus of clowns in rockford, Illinois that I've ever encountered in my whole entire life!! u all deserve the biggest reddest clown noses known to man. what a shitshow u run here. wow!
went for one tooth to be fixed. Next thing I know alot more dental work on teeth I wasn't having problem with ,was told needed to get done before end of year. throwing care check card before even getting work done. my stupidity I went along then when all was done they tell me I need to pay more. sounds like double dipping to me. never again. I may only be one person but hopefully word of mouth goes a long way
RecommendedI had the best experience at Aspen Dental, I was treated by a fabulous staff. Starting with Jess the assistant, Lily chair side assistant, Monica hygienist and Dr Vanja Cosic. This team helped me to feel as ease and knowing I was being taken care of. I give them a 10 and looking forward to going back to complete my dental plan...Thank you again.. I highly recommend this group

I am unable to give no stars, so that is why they receive only one. We went in for exam and x-rays, as this place wouldn't let you get a cleaning without speaking to the financial person. If you are looking for great, personalized care, stressing on the word care, please go elsewhere. This is a boilerplate operation and only one x-ray tech showed any compassion or caring for her patient. The dentist wasn't bad, but everyone kept referring to needing to speak to the financial person before even a cost range could be given or ... read more
