They try to tell you that you need to much. I went there with a tooth ache and they told me it would cost me 7,000.00 for my tooth ache. I walked out of there and went to premiere dental in boynton beach. They showed me my problem were 2 teeth and would cost me 710.00. What a difference!! And premiere dental made you feel relaxed not like your on a assembly line. DONT USE ASPEN DENTAL. ITS A JOKE!!

the one in Lake worth Florida is horrible! thru were rude, overcharged and refused to call back after I paid and then they had the audacity to bill me for the full amount again. I was told only they could fix this but they have refused to contact me. they also didn't bother saying that if you go to a different aspen than the one you used before they force you to pay for an exam... which I didn't get because I have no teeth and was there to have my denture repaired but was forced to pay for.

It’s now been two months since I was supposed to get my permanent dentures and all I get are excuses and/or put on hold when I call. I will never use aspen again nor will I recommend aspen.

Aspen dental refuses to give me the promised quote that Dr. Griffee promised me. I have requested this by phone, e-mail and in person. The telephone number on the e-mailed aspen survey is a wrong number. Very unprofessional office and business practices. I suggest avoiding.

Deceptive ad. I left in more pain than when I went in. They promise the moon and deliver nothing. Their $399 denture are more like $2100 per arch. Would never recommend to anyone.
I repeatedly asked if Aspen if they were accepting my insurance , they repeatedly said yes , on phone when an appointment was made , at desk when checked in for appointment and when given insurance card. Only after free x-ray's were done did they say that they did not accept insurance . I believe that this is not ethical , a complete waste of their time and my time
