The little doll like dentist who was not supposed to see me, clobbered me with the statements that I had no bone left and my teeth were flying in air. they never looked at my form in which I told them that I had just come for free teeth cleaning according to my insurance. It felt like the whole staff was trying to get me to sign for a 10,000 contract. All they need to ask the cliebt is why you are here. I hope tht they do a better job in future.
The X-ray technician told my 80-year-old mother to put her walker aside so that she could fit into the small space to have X-rays taken. Not surprisingly, my mother fell. The technician was too busy chatting with a co-worker to notice. My mother had to ask for help up. Her arm was bleeding. Nobody helped tend to her injury or apologize for it. What poor service! Apparenly, this practice does not know how to or want to accomodate people with disabilities. How sad!
I called at 7 am in the morning with a very bad tooth ache and needed to get In right away and they told me they would call me back for an emergency appointment and they never called. My tooth is abscessed now and I can't eat or sleep. Never will call them again.
They changed my hygienist with out telling me. The new hygenist never introduced herself. This was my fourth visit there. It was also the worst.
I had to beg for pain relief then they refused me anything but ibuprofen. 400.00 for ibuprofen that they never called in. I'm sitting here on a Sunday with over the counter ibuprofen. They suck.
Nice location, Good staff, Advanced equipment. However, extremity expensive. I couldn't effort it.
The personal was great, times were excesive and it's somewhat of a bait and switch, $399 dentures were presented as $1800 , wheres the $399 dentures you advertised, $399 plus about a $200 mold charge to take molds of your teeth, the personal are great but cover your ass when you go in there not 5 star but maybe 3 star
The dental assistants and front desk were not the problem here. They were great. The problem here is incompetent dentists. Had fillings and a cleaning done at Aspen. Went to a new dentist who had to redo some of the fillings because they were causing pain. Aspen also told me I needed three fillings on the top left, my new dentist told me that I only needed two. I would advise against going here.
