I initially visited the West Lebanon location of Aspen dental and was not impressed at all. Because Aspen dental is the only dentist in the area that takes our insurance we decided to try the Rutland office and we couldn't be more pleased! The office staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. My kids love Jenna our hygienist, she does a great job and very politely reminds the kids to do all the things we nag them about;) I also really like Dr. Buischaba (sp) who doesn't suggest to do every procedure in the book, but moves forw... read more
I had an exceptionally great first visit to Aspen in Rutland. Everybody was totally professional from the check in , dental technician , the dentist , the exit interview and Tara the office manager . I was treated exceptionally nice highly professional and everybody had a smile how wonderful Ron T
Was out of town for the day. Stopped by the Rutland office on very short notice. I needed my bottom denture relined. As they were closing for the day (Friday) at 1:30PM) I wasn't expecting to be accommodated. They in fact did accommodate me, little wait time, and friendly service. I have ALWAYS been afraid of the dentist. I couldn't even SIT in the chair (or go past the front desk!!!)w out having a panic attack! My 1st appt w the doc I think I scared him w my panic attack! Hahaha yeah, I'm That Bad. HOWEVER we LOVE our aspen dental office, Rutland. I had a great experience. Everyone was very kind and efficient. They explained everything and even let me stay longer to have my tooth extracted. Will go back for the rest of my work that needs to be done.
