So far i havent had a good experience with Aspen Dental went for a 3;15 APP & waited until 4;15 to be seen that is unexceptable, after i finally get in they had no clue why i was even there i said are you serious, i was going for a new denture they gave me a quote of 2400 for the best one i have 2 forms of ins that in total would cover 90% they said i would owe $900 i said no thats incorrect it should be $240 out of pocket , they said that it was a system error she would have to look into it, if they dont correct it i will g... read more

The prices are to high for anything. One tooth cost over a hundred dollars

STOP THE EXTORSION, I HAVE INSURANCE AND WOULD LIKE TEETH CLEANED BUT THEY REFUSE TO CLEAN THEM. THEY ARE WANTING TO DO A "IN DEPTH CLEANING" AS THEY CALLED IT, COSTING 1,700.00. WHEN i SAID NO THANK YOU TO YOUR IN DEPTH CLEANING THEY THEN REFUSED TO DO ANY OTHER WORK OR A REGULAR CLEANING UNTIL I AGREED TO GET THEIR 1,700 IN DEPTH CLEANING. ASPEN DENTAL IS JUST ANOTHER COMPANY TRYING TO EXTORT MONEY FROM TAX PAYERS.

Worst dental chain ever! Just did a root canal for my best friend ON THE WRONG TOOTH! Left her with a cracked tooth and exposed nerve for twelve days!!! Finally took her going to another dentist and that dentist calling them for them to fix it. By the time they did it there was no choice but to extract the tooth. Horrible!!

Not so good, from beginning to end. Transferring from another practice, another state, i was under the impression i was making an appointment for a new patient dental cleaning. When i came in the receptionist was dealing with 2 phone calls 2 patients who just walked in and another trying to reschedule. Others were at lunch at 2pm. It took me 1/2 hour before i was given my paperwork due to the confusion. I've been to the Rutland facility twice before this visit and was treated nicely. This time the front desk/scheduling did not do their job - after driving 1.5 hours to get there for an 8:00 a.m. appt., I'm told that they cannot do what I'm there for!! If the dentist had not come in and rescued the situation I would have wasted a whole day. At least he was compassionate and respected my situation. The office manager was sarcastic and demeaning. Is this how you treat everyone who spends $600+?

They never explained the procedure to me about getting wisdom teeth out until that day. How they do not knock you out at all. They did the novicane before the doctor was even off the road, wasnt even in the buidling yet. They said if i was in pain to hold my hand up, it was up the whole time. Had i known previously about the procedure i would have never gone here.
