Other then the staff being super awesome, the place sucks. Went there with tooth pain, left with the same tooth pain and told they couldn’t do anything unless i come up with 9,400 bucks.
This place is a joke! The DR.Boushaba ripped out my partners tooth before he was numb! He didnt listen when he told him to stop. I could hear his screams from the waiting room! Do not ever go here. Do not bring your childern here. There "free" consideration is a joke! He looked in his mouth for 10 secs and then left the room and we were seen out. Hello everyone, this past week I had an awful experience at Aspen Dental in Rutland, Vermont. Please take a minute to read. First and for most I would like to warn anyone desperate for dental work to make this a LAST option if even an option at all. Your health concerns will be disregarded. If you can still feel pain while he is extracting he will not listen, but continue to pull and disregard your screams and attempts to get away. I really liked you guys until yesterday. I made an appointment for a cleaning during winter. The appointment was set for may 8th. I get a text yesterday telling me I have to reschedule for a cleaning. I call and she tells me they don't have a hygienist at the moment. I'm assuming this was an unexpected circumstance...The next available appointment would be in AUGUST...just for a cleaning.
