I took my son in for wisdom tooth extraction consultation. They wait until they have him in chair and have done x-rays to tell me they don’t have anyone on staff to do the extraction. I repeatedly told them the only reason we were there. We already have a dentist and go regularly. When we left (having to walk out on hygienist because no one seemed to be interested that the ONLY reason we were there was consultation) the billing person told me not to worry there would be no charge to my insurance. If I could give the a negative star I would. The management in this place is terrible. I’ve had to reschedule 4 TIMES! All because of a doctor being out. No one called to let me know. We drove all the way there (30 minutes), took my kids out of school, scheduled my whole day around this and for the second time, got turned away. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. EDIT: Even their customer service line is a joke! They don’t even open until 1 most days and closes at 4! What a sham of a company.

Went to Aspen Dental for severe tooth pain. Their website says “Walk-Ins Welcome” , however when I got there at 9:15 they said it they couldn’t see me because they only take walk-ins as they first open. They opened at 9! This place is a joke! I told them then they need to change their website to state their policies on walk-ins!
Very poor service dentist tried to argue when I told him what I want done I am the one paying and they are very over priced almost double another place in town that has a lot better reputation I will never go there again nor will I ever recommend to anyone
Their idiot receptionist hung up on me just before saying "oh shit." when she realized I was the girl she promised she would call back but never did. I was pissed that day so I called around 6 or 7 times .. each being hung up on by that same girl .. or put on hold for a few minutes before I got hung up on again .. also my first appointment I had there, she tried to assure me my tongue ring had nothing to do with how bad my teeth were getting... I felt the dentist was lying to me and when I told her ,I was kicked out of the building. I would not recommend these people to a dead person.My whole experience sucked all from the 1hr&15 minute wait past the appointment time,the conversation with the dentist & most of all being escorted out like I was some low life.
Unfortunately, what my insurance covers. Dr. Sarah, the dentist is wonderful. Very competent, truthful regarding needs. Really appreciated her and new girl who did my Xrays. This review has nothing to do with them. The office staff is awful. Know nothing about customer service. I was in the office from 11:15 to almost 1:30, waiting for the office lady to "go over their recommendations'.
