Started off pretty rocky but finish was strong ill have serval things done and ill update y'all
My husband & I waited FIVE HOURS for them NOT to be treated. I called for a SCHEDULED MOLAR EXTRACTION for TODAY and they STILL charged us!! My husband is out $150 (as sole provider for our family). A DOCTOR is not supposed to refuse service for a tooth that was abscessed as it could lead to sepsis. My husband had a 103 fever from the abscess & they told us to go to an Urgent Care (which we did). Aspen Dental IS ALL ABOUT the money. If you don't do their full $5,000 treatment plan & finance through them they will refuse you ... read more
My visit was great, they all made me feel welcome and they were very through and explained all to me. I recommend them and I will return soon. Dr Sarah was so nice

Nice clean facility and friendly technical staff but you have to schedule weeks to months in advance AND they keep rescheduling your appointments! Most recently I was rescheduled with less than 24hrs notice, then again for my already-rescheduled appointment with less than 2 hours notice. Not only does this mean I am still in pain when eating over 2.5 months after my initial consultation...but this is also really inconvenient when I needed to pre-arrange childcare for me to be able to make these appointments. Do not go here!!! My husband went to have a couple of teeth checked. He had radiation for tonsil cancer 2 years ago so he has severe dry mouth. Our regular dentist retired so we tried Aspen. They took a X-Rays and in 15 minutes urged my husband to have all his teeth pulled and dentures . They said he had a gun disease that was contagious so I was infected also and they would make an appointment for me as well. Thankfully, bells and whistles were going off , so I made an appointment with M D Anderson dental department, where ... read more

Call to get an appointment due to pain and gums bleeding, cant get me in till april, "But we can put you on a priority list" my recommendations, find an dental office that actually cares cause this place is a joke.
