Dentist was great, front office staff was rude, no clue how insurance works and almost had me walk out the door before I even saw anyone
I've had the most horrible experience with them today with oral surgery they dont wanna take care of you I had 6 teeth pulled bone scraped and I dont numb so I have to be put out. as soon as I came home I took pain meds, used ice but with not numbing he dont wanna treat my pain and I have a mouth full of stitches. I will not come back or pay for this being treated like this IM DONE WITH ASPEN DENTAL! the doc even said the worst part wont hit till 2nd & 3rd day with a ton of swelling. You won’t return my calls, and did a procedure I asked you not to do, and then of course my insurance won’t pay it so you are going to come after me in court.

beware of their credit they give you, I needed work on my teeth that would have taken months to do. They offered their credit where you pay each month SOUNDS GOOD RIGHT----WRONG. They charge for the full amount of the work before its done so say you need 3 root canals over 8 months they charge for all 3 not as they do the work so you are paying fiance charge on work not done plus if you have insurance they charge them too (of course thats what its for) HOWEVER AFTER I GOT THE BILL I WAS PISSED AND LEFT FOUGHT THE CHARGES. Recommendedexcellent service! they were able to give me a few different options for my teeth and explained everything thoroughly! Sherry was excellent!! i will most definitely be switching dentists because my current dentist only gave me 1 option, nothing else, and didnt explain in such a way that made sense.
