Do not go for a consultation. All of the sudden you will have a Care Credit opened in your name that you did not apply for and you can not get it closed!! For months we have tried to get ahold of the "office manager" to get this closed. We did NOT apply for, sign anything regarding this nor show any sign of commitment to services at this place. RecommendedNeed more Dental Hygienists on their staff, because we were waiting for more than hour.
Went in for a routine cleaning. Told me they wouldn't do it without X rays. Did the X rays but the Dr. was busy in a surgery so I had my cleaning done and flouride which I didn't ask for. Dr. came in for about a minute checked my teeth and told me to buy a night guard. Nobody looked at my much needed X rays and I paid my $241.00 for what I thought would be a $90.00 cleaning.
Always cancels appointments and never sure of charges... Was told procedure was $63 and five minutes before my appointment called to say charge was $195 than in same conversation was told $105?? REALLY... NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL at all!!!
Went in since I am experiencing a dental emergency, fully expecting an extraction. Dental technician was friendly and helpful. Dentist then came in acting like he didn't care to be there and said I should have a root canal done and they could do it right there in the office. Got out of the chair, was led up front, only to be told that I would have to schedule an appointment with their office 40 minutes away for a root canal and that the doctor was "misinformed". Forgive me for the rant...I do not normally bad mouth anyone or any business. We all have bad days but I can’t stress this enough-NEVER go to Aspen Dental. Never!! I went to the Queensbury office. I asked around (after my horrible experience) and their fees are extremely over priced. Most of the staff are rude and not gentle or considerate at all when doing xrays. This office is the worst. They are ALWAYS cancelling appointments, pushing them out farther and farther, regardless of what they are for, leaving you to deal with the problem for another month. They don’t even try to get you in in a reasonable time when they are the ones who cancelled!! Disrespectful.
