Was not happy with being able to make my own decisions. I should of had the choice together the,teeth I Wanted I only have,3000$ worth of credit. Thanks for nothin

I am at my wits end with Saratoga Aspen Dental. The latest issue (there have been many) My son and I both had 8am appointments for an exam and cleaning. When I made the appointments (January)we were told they had 2 hygienists. Today my son was taken in at 8am at 8:35 he is finished with his cleaning (no exam) ( I am still waiting). They tell me that now they only have 1 hygienist, I am next but we would need another appointment for exams as they didn't have time to do them today. The dentist and staff are very friendly. The quality of the work is good. Prices are pretty high if you have no insurance of if it doesn't cover much. Went there last week and they recommended I get a mouth guard to wear while sleeping due to grinding of my teeth. Insurance didn't cover it and it was $250, so I didn't get it. (Got one at Walmart for $14 and it works fine!) Also was hoping to get my teeth cleaned while there. Hygienist was available, but the price was $250+! The only negative comment I have was the wait time between xrays and the checkup by the dentist. My appointment was at 2:45. I had xrays done at 2:45 and started waiting for the dentist at 2:55. He did not come into the room I was inuntil 3:20. A 25 minute wait is a little extreme. I was giving him 5 more minutes and I was goingto walkout and never going back. He finally came in, no apologies for the long wait.

I didn't have a problem with them they were great with me polite and made me very welcome and comfortable at the time of my stay and they were warm and friendly to me anyway and i normally am nervous around Dentist and with them i was actually calm and relaxed so they were good

Won't be back. The woman at the counter needs to be fired. We have been in there multiple times and she has been nothing but intentionally rude. You lost our business because of one rude employee.

Slow as hell. 30 minute wait time minimum. Plus more time sitting in the chair waiting for dentist/hygienist to grace you with their presence. I only come here because no one else in the area takes my insurance.
