the staff is rude.Unique & Makayla. Think twice .
I have been calling the emergency line all day. Literally since 9 am. Finally got someone to answer around 230. They have paged the on call dentist THREE times and I have yet to get a call-it’s 8 oclock at night. I am in pain, I need help as this is where I had my tooth pulled and want it looked at here and clearly they don’t care.

The ex rays examiner was to aggressive which caused discomfort,also the assessment of my teeth was incorrect by assumptions without any measurements provided.

Front desk office person is rude. The procedure of having dental review by Hygenes and Doctor at no fee is appreciated. I do not recommend this place a Deaf family. They don’t know how to communicate to a deaf parents. And the client, my child, was overwhelmed with the exaggerated cost to have teeth fixed. My child basically walked out the clinic.
The worst experience I've ever had with a dental office. If you have a lot of time to waste and enjoy not having your phone calls returned, being told incorrect information, and having your appointments cancelled 30 minutes before they're suppose to happen I highly recommend this office

Dr. J. Christie was fantastic. The financial services person help get me the help I needed to pay for the treatment I needed, but I should have loo,ed at the breakdown before I left. When I sat down to review it with my husband, I notice D what I thought was over priced items. $130 for a toothbrush.
They were great and I will recommend others.Thanks everyone at Aspen Dental on Abercorn.
