I have a fear of the dentist and I had to have scaling done on both sides, The way I was treated and included in on my plan made it the best dental experience I have ever had. The Hygienist was very attentive and made me feel comfortable. . I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.

Husband had an apt scheduled due to losing a filling and a great deal of pain. They closed their office suddenly and now he can’t get an appointment any time soon. Poor customer service. They won’t receive my business.

The important part first. I went in to get my teeth cleaned for the advertised $106. They did an exam and told me I needed a crown on a tooth that had a root canal 25 years ago and $1500 in periodontal work. When I declined these services they refused to do the cleaning. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. PATIENTS BEWARE!!!! Read this before you decide to be seen here! Worst mistake of my life working here I worked there for 2 years as a MCD. Most (not all) staff they promote within are uneducated and unprofessional. Everyone is cutthroat. The owners are ruthless and all they care about is money. God forbid you have a family or you are sick! I was threatened to be demoted because I was being treated for pneumonia and was unable to work!!??? Absolutely horrible place and service! I am an existing patient and went back with hopes of a good experience. Nope! Got taken for a ride and they made empty promises while charging me more than double what was quoted on the website! Long story short, I’m not paying their prices, I’m getting a refund and never going back!
