The staff was nice but their policies are HORRIBLE. They told me I had a whole host of problems and handed me an unitemized estimate for $1000 (AFTER insurance). When I questioned it I found out that $200 of it was for a TOOTHBRUSH. Yep they tried to charge me $200 for a toothbrush. I decided to get a second opinion from another dentist who confirmed what I suspected- the diagnosis they gave me was grossly exaggerated and most of the expensive procedures were unnecessary. Today I tried to go to Aspen dental and because I wouldn't agree to their suggested plan of care they refused to complete my appointment So because I refused their insurance fraud and upsell of an unnecessary treatment I was refused care by Aspen dental in Seabrook New Hampshire Please note as well that their office manager violated Hippa regulations by trying to discuss my concerns from the opposite side of the desk across the waiting room in front of other patients. I will hold all my comments until after I receive a call from the Regional Manager. I requested a call 2 weeks ago and did not get one. I went into the office in Seabrook today and requested another call....will let you know the outcome.

Had my teeth cleaned ,mouth hurt for three weeks . Had a crown installed fell out two times They are unprofessional..That particular location ,deserve one star..

I recently lost dental insurance due to retirement and while Aspen will give you a discount, they mandate cleanings which is cost prohibitive! I have always done two cleanings a year and it has made no difference in my horrible teeth. I just wanted a tooth filled and they wouldn't do it without the cleaning which total cost came to over $300 dollars!

after getting my apt with the dentist the visit was 100% satisfactory. would recommend Aspen to anyone. Service was competent, economical and if a trip to the dentist could be pleasant this one was.

I dont know why they have appointments. I have been 4 times in the last month for dental work and waited in the waiting room for more than a half hour. Then 2 of the times, i waited 25 minutes in room before dentist came in. Aspen dental has no consideration for peoples time

I like my hygienist however the wait times are ridiculous. I was there for 2 hours for a just cleaning. They over book patients it seems. Other than that pretty good experience so far.
