I will never do business with Aspen Dental. "Jason" the office guy is the most incompetent person I have ever dealt with. The dentist Dr. Park did nothing to make me feel confident in this establishment. I was given a dental plan that was $4,000. I was told by "Jason" that my insurance wouldn't authorize the extractions for 6 months, and that I would have to break the work up into 2 visits 6 months apart. This office ruined my front four teeth and then refused to give me the funds necessary to fix their mistake . They gave me 1,100 to fix a 6,000 mistake . I wrote to the President of the company numerous times to even get that . I now have a wonderful dentist who knows what he is doing . I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU THINK TWICE before letting this office do ANY work in your mouth !!! They do not care about the patients , I gave them NUMEROUS chances and begged them to do the right thing.
