I was seen initially on 11/13 when a treatment plan was devised; deep cleaning, 2 crowns, a filling, an extraction and partials. 2 days later the cleaning was done and an appointment was made for 11/27 to start the 1st crown and do the extraction. On 11/26 at 9:07pm, I received a message from Bradley stating I needed to call in the morning to reschedule the 11/27 appointment. The appointment was rescheduled for 12/3. Had a spot at 430 was there at 4. Waited 2 hours left at 615. Very unprofessional very poorly ran. Will not recommend or use
5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🥰 8yrs ago was the last time I had gone to a dentist office because the lady humiliated me and belittled me because I needed a tooth pulled and couldn’t spend $1500-2000 on a root canal. I swore that day I’d never go back to another one. But I was in so much pain last night I had to find an office and fast. service was terrible. almost 4 hours to get xray and impressions made. most people in waiting room that I talked to after coming out from the back had been there 2 to 3 hours and was very up set. my opinion better service can be obtained else where
I was a walk-in yesterday early morning. I was told it would be approximately 2 hour wait or could make appointment for following day. I only had to wait about an hour. Everyone was so professional and made my visit a wonderful experience. They did not know I was there to get a 2nd opinion before making a decision on a dental plan. I was not pressured even when I called back today and confirmed a few things. I have chosen Aspen Dental over local dentist in Natchitoches.

Beyond disappointed and shocked at my experience here. I arrived at 10:45am for my 11:00am appointment as they recommended. Filled out the paperwork and proceeded to sit in the waiting room for a whole hour before finally being called into the back. I was sat in the chair and attended to for approximately 5 minutes where they took my blood pressure and told me it wouldn't be long until the hygienist came. I brought my son here for treatment after one of his crowns fell out. The staff was very friendly, the facility was clean and neat, so I was very optimistic that we had found a new provider for my son. Then it all went downhill. They proceeded to do x-rays on him followed by a cleaning. The technician was wonderful, very pleasant. People were friendly if you don't have insurance it good place to go I got new dentures with my insurance I hope they honor the 7 year warranty because they are thinner than paper an the cheapest looking things I have ever seen instead of paying 1500 for top and bottom I now wish I had have gone with cheapest pair they were probably 10 times better than these comfy lined with actually have no liner I will use warranty but will not purchase anymore from them
