You guys asked for a review, so here it is! I've tried for over two weeks to get a human being on the phone, or to get a single call back. You guys were quick to get my grandmother in the office and quote her $9k for dentures, with high interest financing through a third party. Each time(3-4) that I have called over the past 2 weeks, it's been during reported office hours, and it goes to voicemail. I've left voicemail after voicemail, on my grandmother's behalf. Worst dental experience ever! Avoid at all costs! Dentist didn’t even speak to my husband about the treatment he wanted. Then they put him in a room to wait for the treatment plan but the office manager was on the phone for 30 minutes so we left without one. Ridiculous! However, I’m sure they will charge our insurance!!!

app. 2:45 pm , took off work to go , was within visual distance ,stopped in traffic,1/4 mile of aspen dental was standing at front desk at 2:55 waited on receptionist on phone rolling her eyes and hand with person on phone, finally gets off phone 2:59 proceeds to tell me im late ,and checks with dentist comes back and tell me they cant see me cause i came in late and they have other people coming after me ....the waiting room was empty. thats the service someone gets with an abscessed infected tooth ....you will never... read more

Scam! I went in for a check up and cleaning. Like everyone does at a dentist office appointment. They told me I had to call me back for another appointment for a cleaning. I cant take off work twice so they can complete the job that should have been done in one visit. Will not be back. Apparently my time in not important to Aspen Dental.
Had a 10:30 appointment to get a tooth pulled now it's 11:45 still in pain and tooth not pulled, sat here suffering...the way I'm feeling, will mot recommend anyone here..

I don’t ever review my bad experience but this place is a complete scam! I went here because of them offering financing. I had already had xrays done at another dentist a few days before. So I brought them, only to be told they couldn’t use them. That they’d need to do their own. I told the receptionist that I knew my problem that I needed a ROOT CANAL! I went in yesterday with a broken tooth! Instead of repairing the issue, they wanted to repair other things that wasn’t causing pain! I sat in that office for 2 hours waiting to be seen to only be told that they would not fill the needed tooth until they repaired other things first! All they were interested in was money! They wanted to make expensive repairs before handling the problem at hand! I was very dissatisfied with my rate of care!
They take up to 6-9 months on any refund! If any... good luck!
