It was worth going to the appointment they did a very good job on my teeth and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a dentist
this place is awesome! I went to the Shreveport location, old Krispy creme donought place, before they opened the bossier office. the office manager guy was so nice, helpful,sincere, proffesinal, friendly and showed me all around the office and explained everything and gave me the discount which ended up bringing a lot. the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. the hygienist was very friendly and professional. the dentist, who was only there til the permanent dentist arrived was very friendly and professional. Aspen is great. My first visit was excellent. Everyone was very polite, they explained everything to me. They answered all of my questions and helped to plan a course of action. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental in Shreveport to any and all family.

My first visit was over the top on customer service..EVERYONE from the front desk to the assistant personnel to the doctor I am talking everyone was so nice. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I am a paraplegic in a wheelchair and they were able to accommodate the panorama xray with a couple of ways that worked....I have two more visits until I get my dentures and I am looking forward to going back.
