Extremely unhappy! Went in March of 2020 to get partials and some fillings in the front where my teeth had chipped from using them to chew. They fill the teeth, and take a mold for the partials. I get a call a week later from the office telling me my insurance is refusing to pay and they don't know why, so I call the insurance. my insurance company tells me the dentist I have been seeing stopped accepting my insurance and I'd have to see the other practitioner in the office. Charged my husband for dental work what they thought they would have to do but didn’t. However, he received no refund.
Quit changing the prices once they give you one I'm very disappointed in them.
not my post. but so true. I am a dentist, and worked for Aspen Dental for over 7 years. I’m no longer associated with them. Aspen Dental is the worse thing to happen to the field of dentistry. I refused to run my office how they were constantly pressuring me to do. I “owned” two locations, one in Ky and one in Tn. I was constantly having to fight with corporate about doing the right thing. wait time is HORRIBLE !!!
they could actually HONOR their 100% satisfaction gaurantee. you will be ripped off, pay for un-necessary procedure's, a. d if your real lucky the highly expensive denture's look worse then denturs 1/2 Aspen Dental's price and then even luckier have a FRONT tooth fall out too at only a couple months old. Then you get to fly across country looking like a toothles hick!!! they DO NOT listen to you, and you will wait hours either in the lobby or chair. Awful experience!! You will receive a bill even though you’re told X-rays are no charge with new patient first visit. $280 for cleaning & X-rays for a new patient. I was sent home with a broken clasp on my partial without being told it was broken. $1074 for 2 extractions and a broken partial!
I’ve been sent to collections twice for bills I’ve paid. Crooks
