I loved the dentist he was very kind it calmed me down.The one really bad issue was the cost to fix your teeth dentist said I would need dentures then I went into complete sticker shock they told me it would be ten thousand to fix my problem I am on disability fixed income they were not very caring or willing to try and find a different plan it felt like oh well you can't afford it I went home in tears

it wasn't what I thou it would be they did my impression an give me a app for the next week an when I went in she said they didn't have them back from George so thats another week I went back an they done my fit end an come back again finely got them I thou everything was in house its a low process an I live 2 hours away if I wouldn't have all ready paid I would have went to my home town dentist

worst place ever. Do not put people to sleep before pulling . Plus diabetic, this a big no no. False teeth don't work. This is my opinion and rating.

I have two teeth 1 below the gum the other deteriorating almost the same as the one in front of it abscess oozing out everyday to every other day they couldn't approve me for two of the loans they have. But their commercial acts like they care. Commercial is false advertising people at this place or employees were very kind and professional. I can't add caring or they would have found a way to help me get these teeth removed. They're not as nice as far as getting you approved as their commercial leads you to believe!

I went there today and left disappointed. All I wanted was a filling in one tooth, and had the money to do that. But after over two hours of poking and examining my mouth they wanted $7,111. to fix my teeth. Couldn't I have just gotten a filling ? Others said a money racket..........wish I had listened.

Aspen Dental is nothing more than a money racket! I spent two and a half hours there today because I made an appointment for an abscessed tooth. The dentist said I needed antibiotics and wanted me to make another appointment. My next appointment was estimated to cost $247.64 so they said that amount had to be paid before it could be scheduled. There is no comparison between this office and the private practices around London, KY that I had gone to in the past. It was evident that the private practices were trying to schedule me for unnecessary appointments just to line their wallets. At Aspen Dental I got treated like a family member and only got the treatment that I actually needed. The staff is all second to none and are extremely proficient in their roles. I would never think of going anywhere else.
