The prices are a joke. Mine changed from 3 different prices (out of pocket expenses) and the front desk worker was extremely unpleasant. Despite the fact she gave me paperwork to fill out that was asking me to sign something that I read and acknowledged when it wasn't even on the paper to read!

This has been and still is the worst experience of my life. Had to have all my upper teeth removed and get dentures. Got my intermediate teeth the same day took a little while to get them adjusted right. After intermediate. You go back months later to get permanent dentures. Got them and they came out looking like a buck tooth beaver. Went back 3 times for adjustment. Office staff faces were new which is always a bit unsettling. Then I was asked for payment before the appointment which is a change. They have, in the past asked for payment at the end. They had put an added charge for something I was not interested in having. I was made to pay the entire amount. Then I got a receipt for$30.00 less than what I had paid. Confusing! I am new to the state and had always used Aspen Dental in NY without an issue. So when a tooth broke on a Friday night and needed extraction, Aspen Dental was the first place I called on Saturday morning. The receptionist asked if I could "come right over" and I dropped everything an came in. Sat in the waiting room for half an hour, brought in for xrays, tech looked and said "yup, needs to go", dentist came in and concurred, said the receptionist would come to talk money and then we could get that out. This was my second visit to Aspen Dental. I cannot even remember the last time that I had a cavity. I was just told that I have a very large cavity in one of my molars that is the anchor to my bridge. Now my choices are a partial denture or dental implants. One choice is lousy and the other is extremely expensive. Had it been a small cavity that was detected, I never would have thought that the cavity was possibly missed at my prior visit.

only one star because i cant give them zero stars. on the website they say they take aetna. called them they dont take atena medicaid. even though i cant sleep due to how bad my teeth are killing me they refuse to help.

Waited over an hour after appointment scheduled time only to have schedule another appointment to get work done. Only enough time for diagnostic work before they started to close for the day. Very frustrating. Past experiences here have usually been much better than this.

I loved the dentist he was very kind it calmed me down.The one really bad issue was the cost to fix your teeth dentist said I would need dentures then I went into complete sticker shock they told me it would be ten thousand to fix my problem I am on disability fixed income they were not very caring or willing to try and find a different plan it felt like oh well you can't afford it I went home in tears
