I’m giving 5 stars for the dental care the doctor and his staff was very friendly and made my mom very comfortable. I give a 0 Stars for the receptionist Beth. I am my moms POA I have to be there. I have two boys ages 3 and 18 months they was relatively quiet the 18 month old was crawling on the floor and playing my 3 year old was watching a video on his tablet. Went for my initial visit and Dr Shue and the staff were so nice. I felt very comfortable there. However, I have left three messages to find out a little more about getting dentures but no one has ever returned my call. Very disappointing.😔

Horrible experience! I came to get treated for a tooth I was experiencing pain with. They took my money upfront ($700), and then "Treated" me. They ended up doing 3 fillings. However, one of the fillings was on top of what I found out needs to be a root canal. Less than 2 weeks after seeing them, I went to my previous dentist because I was also now experiencing pain in the other teeth they worked on. Beware of this company if you opt for a payment plan because at the end of the contract they have worded it so even though you have done everything correct on the no interest amount they add the interest as a lump sum at the end and no one ever explains it ever. Beware Beware It is a most dishonest way to take advantage of senior citizens that live on a fixed income.
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! Told me that my daughters and I needed thousands of dollars in dental work including special cleanings, root canals and fillings. Fortunately I smelled the scam and didn't do it. Finally got my dental insurance corrected and back to my normal dentist and just got a clean bill of health on all 3 of us... amazing! We must have been miraculously cured of all our dental issues!!!
