Aspen dental is advertised as “your local emergency walk-in dentist” but it is absolutely NOT!!!!!! I booked an appointment already a month out with them for a consultation for a broken tooth that’s exposing nerve. They pushed my first appointment back another WHOLE MONTH because they over booked themselves. Two months dealing with these people and still not even a consultation. I went today for my appointment and they tried to have me RESCHEDULE AGAIN. Needless to say I’m looking around for other options.

🚨🚨🚨DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL🚨🚨🚨 I went in for tooth pain in April and was given an antibiotic with no further treatment plan or explanation other than “your xrays look just fine; no cavities. I think I see a little infection up in your gum. This should take care of it. And come back in for a cleaning in a few weeks”. Lied about taking insurance. We had called over 20 dentist for my partner and they promised up and down that they would take his insurance or eat the bill if they didn’t. Receptionist was extremely rude today when calling to confirm the appointment. I do not recommend them! Extremely unprofessional!!

South Lebanon Ohio Aspen is a joke do not recommend this place they have no Communication skills my whole experience with this place has been a shit show since the first appointment they made me which when I showed up no one was in then finally get started on the making of my dentures and now it’s been over a month today I was supposed to get them and they lost them told me it be next week sometime their tech was on vacation all I have to really say is do better South Lebanon Aspen

had an appointment on July 5th at 0930. got there early. Noone there. sign says open at 0700. called no answer..called cooperate. they stated since no other bookings they would be there at 0930. time came Noone there. what a joke. rated poor customer service and bad front office for a reason I guess on.google reviews
RecommendedWell, I went to my dentist appointment, receptionist informed me "We don't take UHC insurance or Medicare no more". I said I made this appointment 2 weeks ago. No1 had the decency to call me... What do I do now. I would of had to pay out of pocket... Yes Aspen Dental Screwed me over... Thanks Aspen Dental... 👇👇😡😡 Anyway I found another dentist. Us old people over 65 are screwed. No1 wants to deal with Medicare no more... NAZIS.. this was today 4/27/22

I do not recommend Aspen. I called 2 months in advance and scheduled an appointment for cleaning, When I arrived, They did 18 x-rays and the doctor did an exam. They wouldn't clean my teeth, however the dr. told me I needed several fillings.They told me I needed to make another appointment for cleaning , which was a month later. I was not told this was how they do business when I scheduled an appointment. I would not trust this company! It seems they are just there to make money!

RecommendedBest dentists that I have found for myself and my husband. He was in pain and needed work done asap. we are self pay and they had easy financing and they were great at getting us in fast and fixing the issue at hand and helped us with further plans for his teeth and gums. they are the most throughout dentist office I have found.

Horrible do not got here. waited 2hrs. and they did nothing. I told the woman I was there to get a tooth pulled and she told me to leave . REALLY. I'll never step foot in there again even if it's free
