I to the South Lebanon location to have a broken tooth extracted. The staff when I first went in were friendly. When the dentist came in, he tried to talk me into a root canal and a cap. I didnt want it. When I went in to the financial office, I was informed I needed $4000 worth of dental work. I would need to pay $2000, and could set up a payment plan. Well ill post it here too, since iv yet to be contacted about this. Went in for tooth pain, with an appt at 530. Arrived at 5 did paperwork and ready to go by 520. Watched 5 people go back between my appt time and 630 when i finally got taken back. The xray tech was awesome friendly polite. Same with the hygienist with whom i spent more time than the dentist.... Dentist came in, poked a few teeth then started to leave when i had to ask him “what are we doing about my tooth pain that brought me in”. He seemed utterly shock... read more
I should have read the comments for 2019 before setting up a treatment plan, they want money up front and then give you poor customer service! The office manager insults you and corporate can't return calls. Now I have to find a new dentist to finish the work they started. Please check out the Better Business reviews before wasting your time and money!
First time I visited here with a appointment I had to wait over 30 minutes. And they told me I had gingivitis which I did not, they just assumed and had me pay for the screening which wasn’t needed. Also they told me tooth paste and tooth brush was included, I thought that meant like free maybe, ended up charging me $135 for tooth brush and who knows how much for toothpaste, that doesn’t even work for sensitivity! I looked at several dental places for dental work needed. I needed some teeth pulled and wanted my smile back. My initial appointment went well as I felt the office staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. Aspen didn’t take my insurance and their prices are very high. Triple was my family dentist quoted me. But my dentist didn’t offer any sort of relation or sedation methods, as I needed. And this is what Aspen dental does, right? Went for my cleaning that is scheduled 6 months out only to find Aspen in South Lebanon closed. So I tried calling a recording says they are open until 8pm on Thursday nights. The front door read they closed at 5pm They wrote my date & time down on this card for me. Wish at least someone would have called to let me know they closed at 5pm now.
I went in on July 12th for first appt. they were great that day. Accepted me as a new patient. Helped me with my needs that day. Loved Dr. Shue. They told me their systems were down that day and they’d call me to schedule my cleaning. Never revived a call back although I left them repeated messages. Finally got through today. I’m not in their computer. And they have no cleaning appointments until April 2019. Seriously! I will not be returning here and will not recommend them to anyone else either. Will not be going back nor recommending this business. Despite being told that the company had taken advantage of a family members grandparent. I still went because of the free exam and X-rays (it was Scott free, one thing I’ll give them). However I was asked to show up early which I did. Everyone was on lunch. By the time they got back the lobby filled with 6 patients all of whom were seen before me. Not the end of the world just rude in my opinion.
