I feel like it was a bait and switch. Go in for your free exam and x-rays and request a regular cleaning, they state I have bone loss and need a deep cleaning. Will not give me the option of refusing this and getting a regular cleaning. I am not spending over $1000 for a cleaning I feel I do not need, I have been going to a dentist regularly for 20 years in Pennsylvania and never had this recommended. I even had insurance then. I will take my X-rays to a different provider.Â
Dr was a complete jerk. And I am not even exaggerating. Refused to continue with my appointment because of something HE caused me to do. I will never be back. And I will never recommend. Ever.Â
