I will NEVER do business with the place again!!! I waited FOUR MONTHS for a refund! Almost $300 of my money. I was more than patient waiting for my money back. I got excuse after excuse!! I was supposed to receive it in check form (which I Never received) then I call AGAIN and they tell me they put it on a card I don't even use anymore and try to tell me the matter has been settled. So I'm out almost $300. Their Crooks!!! Take my advice and go elsewhere for your dental needs!

Dental nightmare. Waited 1 month on crown, yes wore temporary for 1 month. JACKIE DID GREAT JOB WHITENING MY TEETH. dental asst. Also did great job she knew more than dentist. OFFICE MGR. NOTHING BUT RUDE. When I did get my crown the 3 rd. Dentist I saw ruined my crown. she shaped it to where it gives illusion of chipped tooth THIS WON'T DO. I hate to leave such a negative review, but this place is absolutely terrible. Staff is friendly and dentist is knowledgeable, but the office manager at the time I initiated care was TERRIBLE. There has been an ongoing billing issue since November and it is now March. I have stopped into the office many times and left with a "promise to get this taken care of". I opened my mailbox today and was greeted with ANOTHER bill for the outstanding balance that should not be on the account. A call to corporate couldn't even solve the... read more
"Walk ins and emergencies always welcome" well if you want to wait a week it's welcome. Walked in with an abscess in a previously root canaled tooth that I wanted extracted. I understand not being able to do the extraction today, but they wouldn't even take the time to confirm the abscess and write me a prescription for antibiotic. The waiting room was empty, the doctor was sitting in the office, and there wasn't a customer in site. No solution offered other than wait for next Tuesday.
3 hour wait and still nothing !!!!!!
I got stuck with buying a $130 electric tooth brush, which insurance paid no part of. Also, much overkill in confirming appointments. I confirmed TWICE through emails they sent. I then got a text message wanting me to again confirm. THEN, I get a phone call from the office the day before the appointment. WHY? If your office is going to call, why send the emails and texts? Personnel are all very nice from Receptionist to Hygienist to Dr. "B". But, be careful what they DON'T tell you. A simple cleaning that should have cost me $20 with my insurance co-pay ended up costing me $120 due to additional hidden charges. They may have fooled me this time but since there will be no next time, I don't have to worry. Buyer beware!
Assistant was nice and everything went alright I guess but I been waiting and waiting for someone to call me and give me estimate on having work done on my wife and I but still NOTHING but I did get a notification from my insurance that they charged them for first free visit we need work done we have to get up and go to work everyday HURTING I really think it's bad business to treat people that choose to come there to not get back in touch with them WE HAVE INSURANCE!!!!!!!!!
