I just brought my friend who needed to have two teeth pulled. No dental insurance and they have great financial plans. Tom the assistant and the doctor and staff was amazing. Thank you Aspen dental for taking good care of my friend

I would like to thank all the team members at Aspen Dental, with special thanks to Jamie, Dr. Ahmad and Samantha for extending such compassionate and generous , professional care to my severe dental needs. I came to the Combat Vets program with a very unhealthy, painful mouth and in a low place in my life. I havent been to a dentist in forever. Had to have a tooth pulled today. I have no insurance, but ey didnt break my bank, and were really cool. Very comfortable, and friendly. Jaime, Tasha, and Dr.H. And the assistant that helped, incredible. Thank you so much for helping me.

I strongly recommend Aspen Dental for your dental needs. Highly skilled dentist, hygienist, and office staff. Professionalism like none other. I can not say enough about Aspen Dental. Your loss if you do not consider Aspen Dental for all your dental needs.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I needed a root canal. They demanded a $200 deposit. When I wouldn’t pay, they cancelled my appointment without telling me. They lost $6k over $200. Good job.

stole my money , stole my money,stole my money, was to get refund in ten to 15 working days ,instead I get mail that I can't be a Aspen d patient ,I gave them 318 cash 5 minutes earlier not even same dentist can't just give me that cash back I just gave them ,they said have to mail,thought that seemed shady , fine 15 days later no refund because they didnt do what I paid for the letter said I can't go there have to go get new dentist,seriously ,you didn't do what I paid for why would I go back , rude practicaly threw me out ... read more

I asked for a referral so my son could see a pediatric dentist and they didn't do it twice. I had to reschedule my son's appointment. The customer service at this office is embarrassing.

Scheduled my appointment for 745am, received an email and 2 confirmation calls stating this time. Arrived at 730am as instructed for them to tell me that my appointment was at 815am. Sat until after 8am after she told me she was able to move my appointment up to my properly scheduled time.

We had a HORRIBLE experience with them. They were so nice while scheduling and initial visit. Then they took forever to submit the claim to our two insurances. I called them 7 times to ask about the status of the claim and had to give them our insurance info an additional two more times. They sent my son to collections before they even sent the claim!!! We received NO communication, only my attempts to contact them and the collection agency. I spoke with JESSICA three times. She says they don’t send out statements and they w... read more
