Be sure to get written estimate. Told me how much cleaning would cost @ initial visit - went in for cleaning & was told my insurance wouldn't pay for cleaning & it would cost me almost 20X's what they quoted me, even though my insurance said my co-pay for cleaning should only be $10. Co-pay for poorly fitted crown was more than other dentists charge without insurance & took 5 weeks to receive. While staff was very nice, overall was very disappointed.
