I got to Aspen Dental at 3:30 and I just left and it’s 5: 30. Not sure why it took them 2 HOURS to tell me that they can’t do anything for me and that they’re referring me to a Oral Surgeon. I could hear someone’s conversation for 30 minutes and the radio is very loud. All they do there is talk talk talk talk talk and they’re rude at the front desk. They made a set of dentures for my dad almost a year ago and he has had nothing but problems with them. Aspen is pathetic. They convinced him to put them on a high interest rate credit card also. He’s a veteran and on a fixed income. This place should be ashamed. They refuse to fix or replace them.
Durning this Coronavirus my friend needed dental care and of course their office is closed but they have an emergency number to where they will page the dentist. So I used that not only once but twice. I’m still waiting on a call back. Oh but never mind my friend is now in the ICU with a trach in his neck and in a coma. But they say they care about their patients. What a Joke!!!!
This needs to be resolved or I will be writing a letter to the Better Business Bureau, as well as contacting the States Attorney's office. I already work for the state so I can make this happen rather rapidly.: I just got a letter from CCI Collections telling me that Aspen has sent them and unpaid debt of $1638.00. My new patient experience was horrible. I have worked in the health care industry for almost 20yrs now and know exactly how great patient experience should be, and mine was by far great/good. My appointment was for 9:45am, they ask you to arrive 15mins early. Which I arrived at 9:32am with all of my paperwork filled out in advanced/hand. would not recommend to anyone
My husband has waited since MARCH for his permanent partials. He makes trip after trip - 45 miles EACH WAY - and nothing gets accomplished! We paid several thousand dollars UP FRONT!! Again today, he got to his appointment and was told - "oh sorry! we don't have your teeth. They didn't like them and sent them back!" but did not call so he wouldn't make a 45 minute trip and leave work early!
