They changed my quoted price twice before anything was done, and when I got my bill the price was changed again. Their solution to it was "we can charge you less for the rest of the dental work you need, or give you the quoted price." Don't believe the price guarantee!
Aspen Dental is a rip-off. They train their staff to be con artist and overcharge you for things you don't need and didn't even know you had. Very rude staff and Dr that are different every time you come in. I don't know where they got their certification from but I really don't they should be practicing Dental Care. The worst place I have ever been 4 Dental Care. I think I would have gotten better service from the local veterinarian
Don't believe the lies about only paying what you are quoted. We went in for my daughter's wisdom teeth extraction with a quote, then they redid the quote and charged another $100. Then, after they said the insurance would pay the rest, the insurance said it was not covered. While we're going through the finger pointing back and forth between insurance and Aspen Dental, they continue to bill us, threatening us with collections, even though they said on the phone not to worry about it. This place is horrible! I had to give a star but they don't even deserve that I had a crown put on a lower molar and I felt the dentist drill on me and I told him and he acted like I was lying. I was literally crying on the dental chair! Never go to the aspen dental on veterans pkwy in Springfield ...
