I have an incapacitating fear of dentists, I walked in today as a new patient and was made to feel so comfortable. It was pain free and every question I asked they listened and answered. I just can't recommend this office and all of its staff enough!
I have always been horrified of needles. And always needed to be put out for oral surgery. But it's too expensive for the teeth removal that I needed. Aspen Dental in Springfield Illinois. Are truly the only dentists that I have always trusted. Yesterday I had all of my upper teeth removed and I wasn't under sedation. And the surgeon and nurses were excellent. They talked me through my fear and I've never had more respect for any dentist or nurses as I do for the staff at Aspen Dental. Thank you .
I have been here twice now and had a great experience both times. Clean, Friendly and they know what they are doing.
My office experience was awesome . The entire staff was very professional. The lab tech was extremely friendly and was very helpful during my visit .
