Dr. Khan and the nurse (didn’t catch her name, my bad!) and everyone else that helped me out were really nice and made for a pleasant experience, despite me being pretty nervous. They are the real ones. 🙌

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful! I visited the Veterans Parkway location and Dr Khan’s performance was excellent. Also Ashley was very professional in assisting with my financial assistance. I have already referred two people since my visit yesterday.
Went yesterday and Dr. Sana Khan is wonderfully gentle with a remarkable chairside manner. it's beautiful having a Muslim dentist. It reminds me of the America I grew up in, the one people say stil, exists, and the one I want for my children's future. Thank you, Aspen Dental for hiring Dr. Khan. Please pay what it takes to keep her.
Efficient, friendly staff.
Yesterday was my second time to Aspen. I had a tooth pulled. Once again my experience was 5 Star. I was treated great! The dentist was awesome. I have a fear of dentists. The last 2 appointments I have had almost make me like the dentist. (Almost) from the time I walked in the doors I was treated with tender loving care. Great job Aspen Dental! Let me clarify. I went to the one on Dirksen Parkway. For some reason I ended up reviewing the wrong one.
In July I had surgery to get full upper dentures and partial on bottom. The staff and doctor's at the White Oak office and very knowledgeable and friendly. They have made this experience comfortable and I would recommend this office for all your dental care.
In Springfield, IL Veteran's Parkway location - Most of the assistants were gentle and welcoming, Dr Khan is also gentle and very welcoming. However, one assistant or lab tech seemed very deliquent or high maintenance. While assisting Khan with prep work on my teeth, apparently she did not do quality work to the appropriate standard and Khan had to adjust things on my teeth. Half way through some of the drilling this same assistant/lab tech kept interrupting Dr. Khan and then proceeded to repeatedly question Khan's decsions ... read more
I was extremely pleased with the competence of the entire staff and their warmth. I chose the Wabash location because of the amazing job the artist who made my daughters teeth, and the technician (Kimberly) and Dr. Khan. I was concerned over some of the cost of my estimate, but was able to work it out with the exceptional care of the office manager whose name I cannot remember...I'm sorry... I have already recommended Aspen to a friend and will continue to do so.
