I really liked the professional way they handled the care of the removal of my aching tooth and yet showed the feeling as if it was their own
Very professional staff. perfect example of you get what you pay for. always polite and the atmosphere is much more comfortable than most Dentist offices.
I am extremely happy with the care I have received at Aspen Dental. The staff are professional and courteous and very kind, very little to no waiting periods. From the time I made my first appointment, they got me right in, took X-rays and examined my mouth and explained a course of action and costs associated with what I needed done. Appointments were made, services provided and my mouth is healthier and happier.
DON’T GO TO ASPEN!! The staff is wonderful, but the “Corporate policies” are crap! I made an appt to have my denture repaired. That’s all! After going through the X-rays and exam I was told that the tech wouldn’t be able to repair the denture today. I would have to make an appt for that. That’s what I did!! Their policies are crap and I’m sending them a bill for MY time as I took a day off for this. I repeat! Do NOT GO TO ASPEN!!

I’m pleased to say your staff were gracious to welcome me upon my arrival. Worst experience ever. Dentist has no compassion. I litterly just got up and walked out. This place needs to be more Professional. Plenty more I could say but I'll leave it alone.
I went to Aspen Dental yesterday for a bad gum infection. I was looking for an antibiotic to help heal the infection. Instead I get the dentist walking into the room talking about how I need 14 teeth extracted..😐.. WHAT?? What the hell teeth are you talking about cause for the first time in my 44 years of life I get a horrible tooth ache and your telling me you wanna take out 14 teeth that are not even bothering me just cause there some bones loss around them??
