rude receptionist look at you with an attitude just because my kids were a bit loud like normal kids do.
I went in for a broken tooth and was in pain for three days they gave me antibiotics for the infection and gave me nothing for pain we all know antibiotics take a few days to work also I was told they were going to pull 4 teeth and give me nothing for pain I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they want to suffer
I need to see an oral surgeon, and I needed to pay for that visit 17 days before the visit. that's like paying for your next oil change due in 3000 miles...... I may cnx and go some where else..... not satisfied at ALL...............
I have complete upper denture, and I dont like the idea of paying full price for a cleaning when have only half the teeth.

My wait time was ridiculous. I waited 40 minutes for my consult appointment and 1 hour for my procedure appointment. The staff was great. My dental provider was great.
Good people.... but be careful.... they up sell...
I was EXTREMELY upset to find that Aspen Dental came very close to taking full advantage of me. I went to see them for an exam. When they were done they told me I have 7 cavities. After learning that they don't accept my insurance (which took almost two weeks of me hounding them for answers) I decided to try a different place. To my surprise, the dentist I saw told me I have absolutely no cavities. I couldn't believe it! These people are taking advantage of people and the trust they put into them. It makes me sick!
